Full Time Rental Agent
Job Description:
We are hiring full-time rental agents for the upcoming busy spring and summer seasons. This position is located in Allston. We opened our doors in 2003 and have been an industry leader ever since. We pride ourselves on building a team atmosphere and a great culture. Our technology is top of the line and everything you need will be at your fingertips. You want to work at an office with the most “product” and our database of 30k properties in Boston is second to none! Our top agents take home 10-15k a month! Real Estate is back on the rise and you need to be a part of this!
Applicants must:
-have a reliable vehicle
-be a licensed salesperson (or taking the Real Estate classes)
-be a self-starter, super motivated, driven person
-be willing to work a good amount of hours, this job is 6 days a week (sometimes 7 if you are really busy)
-we offer paid training and a credit on your Real Estate class when you work here for a month
-we supply you with a desk, computer, access to our database, keys, and paperwork
-you will be trained by managers with 5+ years of experience, who also started out as rental agents
-no agent fees, desk fees, required office time
-state of the art database and posting system

You want to work at an office with the most “product” and our database of 30k properties in Boston is second to none! Our top part-time agents take home 5-10k a month! Real Estate is back on the rise and you need to be a part of this! The great thing about being a part-time agent is the time flexibility. With our entire system web-based, you can come and go as you please while doing deals at your pace!
